SHORT BIOGRAPHY
Dr. Mohammad Jahangir Alam is a Professor in the Department of Economics at Jahangirnagar University. He completed B.Sc(Hons.) and M.Sc in Economics from the Department of Economics, Jahangirnagar University. Later, he completed his M.Sc and PhD from IDEC, Hiroshima University, Japan. His home district is Jamalpur.
His research area mainly focused on renewable energy, sustainable development, food security, and energy policy.
